Refund policy
We strive our best to provide quality product and services. We will try to resolve each matter on a case by case basis as efficient and timely as possible.
We have a 0day return policy, which means we do not accept returns. If you have concerns, damage or problems with your order, please call or email customer care at 1-(888)286-8235 or customercare@auntbelleshouse.com and we will be happy to assist you. You may possibly be able to receive a store credit or replacement due to each case is different and we understand circumstances and unforseen things can happen. We do request photos and or videos of damage items or chief concerns be sent for review. We will respond within 24 to 48 hours. You have 30 days after receiving your item(s) from delivery date to address your concerns.
To be eligible for a store credit or replacement your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a replacement depending on if item is still in stock or we will send a special code to use on your next visit by email so please make sure we have your currect information on file for you and you are checking your email to make sure our messages are not going to spam or other.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products and intimate apparel). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us as soon as you notice a concern and take pictures or video of the item you have, and once the inquiry is accepted, check your email up to 14 business days for your resolve response.
ADDRESSING REQUEST
We will notify you once we’ve received your inquiry, and let you know if the request was approved or not. If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
